A. About On-site Catering Service
Price includes food & drink, table cloth, food presentation trays, chafing dish, silver food tongs, food labels, floral decorations & reusable guests’ tableware (china plate, silver cutlery), long tables not included
Food will be served on reusable food presentation trays, chafing dish, and reusable guests’ tableware (china plate, silver cutlery), paper napkins, and paper plates will be provided according to guests’ needs
Round-trip delivery: $2,000 – $4,000 (surcharge may be required for remote location and garbage handling)
HK$1,000 for 4 hours per each waiter
Extra hour: HK$250 per hour per waiter
O.T. hour HK$300 per hour per waiter

Cutlery provided upon request, dishes served in aluminum / paper trays

C. Payment Method
We offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs, including:
- Faster Payment System (FPS)
(Upon order confirmation, we will provide detailed payment information including the FPS ID and bank account number along with the official invoice.) - Bank Transfer or Deposit to Bank of East Asia (BEA)
- Crossed Cheque
(Please make the cheque payable to “La Casa Management Company Ltd.” Ensure the cheque is crossed and indicate your order number on the back.) - Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express)
- Government Purchasing Card (P-Card)
La Casa Catering is officially enrolled in the Government Logistics Department’s P-CARD program, making it easier for government departments and agencies to conduct small-scale purchases (transaction limit: HKD 50,000 per order). To ensure a smooth process, please take note of the following:
- You must clearly inform our team of your intention to pay via P-CARD before confirming the order.
- Once the order is confirmed, changes to the payment method will not be accepted.
- P-CARD transactions require one additional working day to process, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order.
As banks impose transaction fees on credit card payments, there will be an additional handling fee for credit card transactions. For details, please contact our customer service team.
