Our Service Formats
A. Full Setup Service
- Setup equipment for the food station: Table cloth, food presentation trays, chafing dish, silver food tongs, food labels, decorations
- Long working tables are only included in wedding packages. Clients may request a quotation if needed.
- Setup equipment for the drink station: An ice bucket, punch bowl and ice
- Utensils: Reusable guest tableware and glassware (china plates, silver cutlery, and glassware) / Disposable guest tableware (paper plates, wooden cutlery, and paper cups) (depending on the type of package purchased).
- Generally, waiting staff will be present for service (some packages include waiter charges): HK$1,000 for 4 hours per each waiter, Pre-notified extra hour: HK$250 per hour per waiter O.T. hour HK$300 per hour per waiter
- Round-trip delivery fee (some packages include delivery): Round-trip delivery: $2,000 - $4,000 (surcharge may be required for remote location and garbage handling)
- Lead time : 7 days

B. Simple Setup Service
- Setup equipment for the food station: Simple presentation tray, silver food tongs, food labels, artificial floral decorations (2 pcs).
- Long tables are not included.
- Utensils:：Disposable guests' tableware (paper plate / wooden cutlery)
- Setup service is provided by our professional staff.
- No waiter is included in this package.
- FREE round-trip delivery service.
- Lead time: 4 days
Packages available for Simple Setup
C. Drop-off Service
- Packaging & Utensils: Dishes served in aluminum / paper trays, disposable cutlery provided upon reques
- Lead time: 4 working days
- Door-to-door delivery: HK$300 - HK$600. For orders of packed meals or individual dishes totaling HK$3,000, enjoy free downstairs delivery or pick up from the driver at the parking area. Remote areas are excluded.
