Waiter Service Fee
$200 per hour per each waiter. Minimum 4 waiters for 4 hours are required. (1.5 hour set-up, 1.5 hour service & 1 hour dismantle)
O.T. fee $250 per hour per waiter
Delivery Fee
Round-trip delivery: $2,000 - $4,000 (surcharge may be required for remote location and garbage handling)
