宴會的新潮流:Canapé一口小食 環保兼優雅

Being a PR of a trendsetter brand in Hong Kong, we constantly host a variety of event parties to keep our clients in the loop, no matter if it is a large-scale product promotion or a cozy small-scale media gathering, we used to choose hotel setting as our number one venue choice, why? To be honest, just because it is a one-stop with F&B all in one, which is tremendously time-saving for us especially we also organize small parties for internal celebrations. However, since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Hong Kong, arranging such events has become extremely complicated in 2022. Well, life must go on, to ensure the party goes smoothly and a pleasant guest experience, we realized that the key lies in delicate food, especially different types of canapé that can help to highlight our party theme and charm our guests.
細小的魅力
派對小食,通常稱作canapé,亦有人稱為「finger food」,即手指般大小的食物(或是以三隻手指便可拿取的食物)。為何在派對、雞尾酒會中,只食「那麼小」的食物?因為這樣才能優雅、沒有負擔、不沾污妝容的一口送進嘴裡,最重要能維持精心打扮的時尚外表,彷彿「進食」這件事從來沒有發生過……..
一口小食的始源
Canapé其實係專門學問,早在18世紀,法國人已為客人特製餐前開胃小點hors d'oeuvre,精緻的canapé就是其中一種,一啖一小口,就能讓客人嘗遍各種口味之餘,依然能保持優雅淺笑。
派對中漸流行
今時今日,這類「一口小吃」已是公司到會、party到會及宴會的常客,有些到會服務,更可以提供主廚即場製作或精美小食。 另外,以精美的木盒包裝的一口小食禮盒亦在疫情中乘時而起,這些小食禮盒`可以因應來賓而設定canapé的種類或數量,例如將小食盒分為4格、6格或9格。相對於供應自助餐,canapé反而更符合環保原則,可以根據來賓的數目來預定,即使有剩餘,也方便帶走。
一口小食盒的冒起
最近,公司多了不少午餐例會,同事工作壓力大到冇胃口,倒不如訂Canapé,一次過可以有幾款鹹甜小食,每款一口,唔怕食相醜怪,精美、飽肚又好味。我認有私心,每次訂canapé,一定有菠菜野菌蛋批、迷你安格斯芝士漢堡包;如果開午餐例會,就訂9格行政小食禮盒,鹹甜任配搭。三軍未動糧草先行,食飽才有氣力度橋嘛!

而且行政小食禮盒賣相吸引,試過有Vendor開完會,立即問我關於到會公司的聯絡,打算下次有酒會時,可以安排主廚即場製作canapé,不過疫情仍然嚴重,精美小食盒應該會食得更安心。
